House of the Dragon season 2 episode 1 operates in similar fashion to its first season.

Much of the episode is spent setting up the political landscape of Westeros, introducing new characters, and reintroducing old ones. However, the episode also features some exciting action sequences, including a dragon battle that is sure to get fans of the show excited for what's to come.
